To show a pathway for Masters (at least 35 years old) runners, towards achieving personal success.
To help and encourage YASS Members to understand and realise their full potential by encouraging them to embrace the whole sport of running.
To help promote and provide community participation in healthy recreation by offering opportunities for enjoyable running, coaching, competition, and other services to support these activities.
Affiliation
All YASS members will be affiliated with England Athletics (EA) or other UK national athletics association.
YASS is EA affiliated, your stepping stone to the future.
