MEMBER Training sessions
Training sessions are overseen by England Athletics (EA) qualified coaches and run leaders.
Please note these are challenging training sessions for groups based on capability.
Tuesday mornings 09.15
Intense training that may include structured speed or hill
related sessions designed by our senior CiRF coach.
Thursday evenings 19.00
Yate & District Athletics Club track (BS37 7LB) for speed sessions designed by our senior CiRF coach.
