EVENTS & FIXTURES

Events

Our club is set up into age and team groups commensurate with England Athletics (EA) and British Masters Athletics Federation (BMAF) designations.  We provide structured training designed by our EA qualified coaches aimed at improving our members running performance.  Members may be seeking to achieve personal goals or future participation in local running events or, for the more ambitious, EA Qualifier and EA Representative events.  We can provide coaching for individual, team and relay events in road and cross-country disciplines.  Our association with Yate and District Athletics Club provides our members with the opportunity to train for, and compete in, track events.

our aim

Our aim is to form and prepare teams to compete in selected British Masters Athletics Federation (BMAF) road and cross country events.
We want to advise and encourage our members to achieve England Athletics (EA) age group qualification standards* by entering EA qualifier events* so that they may have the opportunity to represent England, or your home country, in forthcoming national Masters age group events.

To enter track events by joining Yate & District Athletics Club (Y&DAC) as “another discipline” and possibly joining Midland and / or South West Veterans Athletics Club.
