Yate and Sodbury Striders’ Marian Grace recently ran the Leicester 10k England Athletic’s Masters’ qualifier resulting in 2nd place in the VW65 age category and 2nd out of 7 other very competitive EA participants trying to qualify. With a time of 47:09, an amazing 10 minutes inside the age cat qualifying time, Marian is now entitled to wear an England vest and run for England in representative races. A brilliant result Marian!
Marian’s rise to her current standard of running over the last two years has been exemplary.
